Our mission is to empower, educate, and elevate youth through culturally significant and strategic engagement. By leveraging our partnerships, contacts and networks throughout Metro Atlanta, we aim to provide unique and targeted programs, events and resources exposing students to a world of possibilities beyond expectations. Our growing cadre of mentors and organizational partners in Atlanta represent diverse expertise and experiences, all willing to travel and impact students where they are.

Understanding today’s youth are tomorrow’s leaders, we focus on serving youth between the ages of 14 and 24. We serve middle and high school students, with programs specifically designed in partnership with the schools/districts. We reach nontraditional students as well by partnering with qualified organizations who serve the needs of out of school students. We also serve college students with targeted sessions, program and events on campuses. We host an annual conference in rural Georgia open to college students, high school seniors and nontraditional students. The one-day conference, aligned with our “Synergy of Success” focuses on physical and mental health well-being, financial empowerment and career preparedness.

Here are some dollar amounts and how they can help students:

• $10 would help fund the cost of traveling throughout rural Georgia for outreach and partnerships

• $25 would help fund the cost of mentorships to include matching, training, and honorariums

• $50 would help fund the cost of strategic programming and events throughout the year
